Meet Your Host, Jamie

Hello, my name is Jamie Kim.
For over 20 years, I have served as an education pastor at Sarang Community Church of Southern California, Irvine Bethel Church, and The Blessing Church. I have also worked as the Director and Campus Principal of Elite Open School and Elite Prep of Irvine-Newport Beach, where I specialize in guiding students in academic achievement and strategic college admissions preparation. With extensive experience in education and student mentorship, I comprehensively evaluate each student’s academic performance, extracurricular involvement, and long-term career goals to develop personalized admissions strategies and structured academic management plans.

This educational leadership directly supports and strengthens the Irvine-Newport Academic Homestay program, which I operate to provide students with a fully integrated academic and residential experience. The homestay program is designed to extend academic coaching beyond the classroom by offering a structured, safe, and academically focused living environment where students receive daily academic supervision, college preparation guidance, and mentorship. Through this model, students benefit from consistent academic monitoring, cultural adaptation support, and long-term college planning within a stable and nurturing home setting.

In addition, I provide comprehensive consulting on the U.S. college admissions process, including academic roadmap development, extracurricular planning, and application strategy design. My mission is to help students build highly competitive academic profiles while maximizing their individual potential and preparing them for successful university placement and future career pathways through a professional, accountable, and student-centered educational environment.
